NARU is a Singapore-based practice specialising in Community Architecture and Technology. We believe community is how people become better versions of themselves. With Tend, our Community Management Platform, we grow audiences into communities on first-person data and structured community frameworks drawn from over 25 years in hospitality.

There wasn't a solution to make the operational work of building a community easier, so we built one.
Community management usually means updating spreadsheets, CRMs and inboxes, which takes energy away from the human work of connecting with members. Tend runs on first-person data: members tell you who they are and what they need, in their own words.
Every member mapped to tags you can track, not conversations you might forget
Identify who is progressing, who has gone quiet, and who is ready for the next step
Understand what your members want, rather than guessing
Tend is currently only open to brands, organisations and founders we work with. Ask us for a demo.

The Tend dashboard for the NARU Community workspace: 1,284 contacts with 37 new this week, six events with three open, a rising seven-day RSVP curve, five upcoming events with RSVP counts, new members arriving by Telegram and form, a live activity feed, and top tags.

* Illustrative dashboard. Figures, member names and activity shown are demo data.
